VCs call Trump's sniper arch the ultimate co-working space

Investors say the president's proposed arch, which he described as a top grade military complex, works better as a subscription product.

A venture fund has announced plans to franchise President Trump's proposed triumphal arch as a subscription service. Trump said the arch could have snipers on top and described it as a top grade military complex. Investors say the rooftop positions can double as co-working desks.

"—because the arch isn't a monument, it's a platform," said Brett Calloway of Vantage Sightline Partners, announcing his fund's plan to franchise President Trump's proposed triumphal arch as a nationwide service layer.

Trump said last week the arch could carry snipers on top, calling it a top grade military complex. Calloway's team read that and saw fourteen leasable perches, each one a recurring revenue seat.

The model is elegant. Cities license the arch, Vantage Sightline handles the rooftop, and the elevated positions convert to co-working desks during peacetime hours.

"We're not disrupting arches. We're unbundling the high ground."

Tuesday's pitch deck described the product as defense-adjacent hospitality infrastructure with embedded verticality. Slide nine projected a second revenue stream from selling the view.

Calloway conceded the arch does not exist, has no site, no budget and no rooftop. He called that a moat.
